Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Roël Bakemont, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We prepare every meal with care and attention. However, due to the nature of freshly prepared food, the following policy applies to all orders.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order by calling our customer support directly.
- Once food preparation has begun, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Roël Bakemont reserves the right to cancel an order due to unavailability of ingredients or delivery constraints. In such cases, customers will be informed and refunded.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The food was spoiled or not fit for consumption
- An order was cancelled by Roël Bakemont due to unavoidable circumstances
- All refund requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery, along with photographic proof and order details.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
3. No Refunds for:
- Taste preferences or change of mind after delivery
- Delay in delivery due to traffic, weather, or other external factors
- Incomplete address or unreachable phone number
